Principal's Message

Dear Central School Families,

My name is Alison Stiehl, and I am honored to serve as the Principal of Central School. Now in my second year in this role, I can truly say that I absolutely love being part of this incredible school community.

I was born and raised right here in Warren County and graduated from North Warren Regional. I went on to earn both my undergraduate and graduate degrees from East Stroudsburg University. Before joining Central School, I spent 23 wonderful years as an elementary teacher in Newton, NJ, where I taught 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grade.

I currently reside in Knowlton, NJ with my three children—Zach, Ella, and Taylor. Outside of school, I stay busy as an active recreation basketball coach and a member of the Knowlton Board of Education. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, gardening, hiking, and, most of all, spending time with my children.

I am truly thrilled to help guide and nurture your children as they learn and grow. I look forward to all that we can—and will—accomplish together here at Central School.
